I can't find my pattern or manufacturer listed.

If you can't find your manufacturer listed; we don't carry or have any of that manufacturer in stock. If your manufacturer is listed but your pattern isn't we don't have any of that pattern in stock.

I see the pattern listed but when I click on it nothing happens.

If a pattern is listed on our site we do have pieces available in that pattern. If the pattern name has a line under it, it is a link and when you click it with the mouse it should bring you to a page listing our inventory and prices. If it doesn't have a page yet, it will not be underlined so please email us with questions concerning inventory available.

Can you identify my pattern?

Please remember there are 10's of thousands of china patterns so we may not be able to identify your pattern. If you would like to have us try to identify your pattern please send us a picture of a plate. You can scan a plate, have a digital picture taken or mail a photograph with a S.A.S.E. to us at

Can you give me any information such as history on my china or flatware?

We are sorry we can't answer each email with a full history of your pattern or manufacturer, but we don't have that information. Check your local library or any good bookstore. There are many good books available now. Try either books on the manufacturer or price guides, they have lots of information on when and where a pattern was made, etc.Try these websites:

Can you tell me how much my china is worth ?

You can try a price guide for current prices or if you wish to have an appraisal on any item we charge a fee of 35.00 for simple appraisals and 50.00 for complex appraisals.

Do you buy china or flatware?

Yes we do. It depends on what pattern and the condition of the set. It must be in very good condition or very rare. Please email us with a detailed list of each piece and the condition of the piece, pattern name and manufacturer.
Please check with other sources first and we will beat their offer.

What does N/A or C/ mean?

N/A on our inventory pages means Not Available at this time. It doesn't mean they did not make this item or that the piece is made in that pattern. We use the same template to make each page and only what we have in stock is filled in.

C/ means that the piece is covered with a lid.
